Pros thumbs-up

I've found TMP to be extremely approachable and easy to use and their technical support has consistently been responsive and helpful; the platform really addresses every part of a provider's day-to-day workload within an IDD program so that I can keep compliant and operate more efficiently. For instance, it h andles HR onboarding for, staff training, task scheduling, the client admission workflow, creating individualized objectives and monitoring their progress, arranging medical appointments, tracking delegated nursing tasks, creating physician orders and MARs integrated with pharmacy, producing reports to monitor utilization and recording other details needed for cost reports and billing logs, among many other capabilities.

Cons thumbs-up

One change I'd really like to see is for them to update the CNA layout so it matches the state's recommended CNA form 8584, because right now it doesn't align with that st andard. I'd also ask them to streamline the way IP objectives are entered , at the moment the process for inputting those goals feels somewhat awkward and cumbersome and simplifying that workflow would make the system much more user-friendly for day-to-day documentation.

Pros thumbs-up

Nearly all of the tasks I manage live inside TMP and I find it straightforward to share information with colleagues; the MAR, Medical Records and even the SDLs are intuitive to navigate and simple to teach others how to use.

Cons thumbs-up

I do find the training library to be rather clunky and time-consuming to work through and it's annoying that I have to renew each medication order individually rather than in bulk.

Pros thumbs-up

Personally, I appreciate the paperless workflow, the built-in calendar and how easily I can reach IT support whenever I need help.

Cons thumbs-up

I honestly don't have any real complaints, although I do wish the service delivery logs included more medical-specific content and fields to better capture clinical details.

What I particularly like about TMP is how user-friendly it is, because it equips me as a provider with every necessary tool to deliver top-quality care to those we support; plus, their customer service is outst anding and they stay informed about the economic and regulatory conditions in each state.

Cons thumbs-up

I haven't experienced any problems , the whole system runs smoothly for me and honestly I can't think of a single complaint to raise because it has performed excellently across the board.
