Pros thumbs-up

From our experience, we figured out the kinds of patient management systems to steer clear of , namely those that don't provide free trials, those that trap you in lengthy contracts and those that won't offer refunds when their software doesn't live up to expectations or fails to perform.

Cons thumbs-up

Our experience with TheraOffice has been nothing short of a total waste of time because although it was sold to our practice as a flexible, user-friendly patient management solution, in reality it's awkward, inflexible and feels like it's years behind current standards. For example, trying to add a single charge turns into an ordeal , a labyrinth of clicks hidden beneath endless tabs , and the so-called 'quick guide' that is supposed to help with basic operations reads like a multi-page technical manual, more suited to programming an old VCR than to navigating software in 2025. Customization options are virtually nonexistent, meaning we'd have to alter the way we work just to conform to this obsolete structure. The much-touted Mac compatibility never materialized and the suggested 'workarounds' are impractical at best and ineffective at worst. We've lost countless hours attempting to get even the simplest functions to behave and the system is maddeningly slow, unclear and frustrating at every turn. Ultimately TheraOffice hasn't improved our workflow in any measurable way , it's a textbook case of overpromising and underdelivering.

Pros thumbs-up

for me this application feels much like a CRM tailored for the healthcare field and I find it simple and simple to use.

Cons thumbs-up

I've noticed that the software tends to become sluggish if I don't keep it updated, particularly when it's been a while since the last update.

Pros thumbs-up

Nothing about this product works for me I genuinely dislike every single aspect and find it completely unusable.

Cons thumbs-up

I've noticed that each update introduces new issues rather than fixing anything, customer support is essentially unreachable when I need help and any customization comes with a high price tag, furthermore, the software can't adapt window layouts and because installing the application requires administrative privileges, if a therapist's shortcut or link stops functioning that clinician is stuck until an admin can be physically present at the machine.
