I appreciate that it makes running my therapy practice straightforward and that getting set up didn't take long, so I was able to start managing appointments, clients and billing without much hassle.

For me, some of the features are hard to work out and, while the system overall is useful, a number of functions are not intuitive and can leave me confused when I'm trying to complete certain tasks.

With Therapia, I have access to built-in therapeutic modules that I can assign to patients as homework, which really helps them feel more connected to my practice and encourages closer attention to the symptoms we're actively trying to improve. The feature is genuinely unique and has proved very useful in my workflow. As a new user, I was surprised to receive almost constant attention and guidance from the software team, including direct input from the founder, so I genuinely feel they care about my success and back me, which is both refreshing and motivating. Beyond technical EHR support, they gave me practical, h ands-on advice that directly applied to my practice and was extremely helpful.

Therapia can feel almost overwhelmingly capable in certain ways, offering an abundance of features and granular functions to record and track every aspect of my practice, perhaps even more than I personally require. For routine, practical tasks like scheduling, I'd prefer a more streamlined, no-frills approach, although I recognize and appreciate that many users will welcome the broad range of options and the sophisticated architecture it provides. The team is responsive to suggestions, however and open to customizing the experience to match your workflow, which reassures me that it can be adjusted to fit different practitioners' needs.

As a clinician, I find this program fantastic,it's pretty much everything a provider could hope for and in my experience using it has the potential to cut down on a lot of administrative overhead for small practices. It definitely feels like an application shaped by someone who underst ands clinical workflows, especially when I compare it to other EHRs I've used. Clients also seem to find the interface straightforward to navigate and one st andout capability I appreciate is the ability to send group therapy sessions directly to patients.

I'm really pleased to have found software that feels like it was actually built for people like us, because you can tell the designers put a lot of thought into the flow and aesthetics so it's easy to follow while still looking modern; it's straightforward to use but doesn't skimp on the range of features I need to run my clinic. Although I haven't explored every single capability yet, I'm genuinely curious to see what the rest of the platform offers since many of the essentials are organized so I can schedule appointments, order medications, write notes and submit billing all from one place, which streamlines my daily routine. In a larger practice setup it's also helpful that other team members can h andle billing independently without disrupting my own workflow, so collaboration doesn't turn into chaos. Another thing I love is being able to design custom forms exactly the way I want them and then send those client forms straight to patients for electronic signatures and if I'm short on time the community-shared form library has plenty of prebuilt templates that I can use or adapt. The flexibility around who can sign each form makes filling out treatment plans far more convenient and I also noticed therapy modules that I haven't seen in other EMRs, which I think clients will appreciate and that I can actually use to enhance care. Finally, the reporting tools break down earnings by clinician even when billing is routed under someone else and the price point feels very reasonable.

So far I haven't found anything that I actively dislike about the software, but I do recognize that the form builder, given all the features packed into it, will likely require a bit of time and practice for me to become really proficient with it despite being powerful.

I've found the pre-built templates to be the st andout part of this platform, since they let me tailor assessments, intake paperwork and virtually any other form I might require and on top of that I really appreciate how the system bridges different disciplines, enabling me to share information and communicate seamlessly with anyone on the care team when needed.

Setting up ACH and the billing side was somewhat complicated for me , if you're responsible for configuring those elements be prepared for a bit of a learning curve , nevertheless the support lead and his software managers were always reachable and incredibly helpful whenever I had questions or concerns, which made the whole process far less stressful.
