Pros thumbs-up

To be frank, there wasn't a single aspect of this platform that I liked, since it felt like a complete joke and as for customer service, I can honestly say they might as well not exist.

Cons thumbs-up

I've experienced firsth and that their customer service is practically non-existent , they never take meaningful action when you reach out and unlike other platforms such as Moss Systems that allow you to remove test clients yourself, this company forces you to call and wait for them to delete any practice clients you created. When I tried to cancel my account they refused to process it and depending on who I spoke with I was given conflicting information; it's now been more than a week and I still haven't received a refund or even a confirmation email verifying the cancellation.

Pros thumbs-up

As a clinician working in mental healthcare, I've come to rely on Therapy Charts as a comprehensive EMR platform that covers everything I need, it's HIPAA-compliant so I can trust client confidentiality is protected and the built-in progress note templates organises my workflow and save time, while the voice-recognition dictation option significantly reduces manual note-taking.

Cons thumbs-up

I would like Therapy Charts to offer a native client payment integration so I don't have to juggle separate billing tools and could manage payments directly within the platform.

For me, this makes organizing my documentation system much easier and more efficient.

I can't think of any aspect I dislike about the software, so there's nothing that st ands out negatively to me.

Pros thumbs-up

I found the treatment planning tools simple and user-friendly and while I appreciated having that feature available, I felt the overall price tag made it prohibitively costly.

Cons thumbs-up

When I needed a password reset, it was impossible to get customer service to assist me and I couldn't secure any help to recover access.

Pros thumbs-up

I find that the platform provides comprehensive treatment-plan choices along with automated reminders to prompt review of those plans and I genuinely feel that confidentiality is treated with a high level of respect throughout the system.

Cons thumbs-up

For more than a month now I've been attempting to reach TherapyCharts to have my account shut down after experimenting with the service for an extremely short time, literally a single day, and despite repeatedly following their feedback/contact process I haven't received a response. I've sent four or five separate emails through the in-app feedback channel asking that the account be canceled, yet not only did nobody get back to me, but my credit card was charged for another month in the meantime. It feels like there is no real avenue to speak with a human being and as much as I acknowledge that the software itself might offer useful features, the complete absence of responsive customer support makes it, in my view, not worth the trouble or expense.

Pros thumbs-up

What I appreciate most is that it provides a user-friendly and cost-effective solution for organizing my patient records, helping me stay on top of daily best practices while also ensuring I meet all the necessary insurance claim requirements.

Cons thumbs-up

I find the weakest part is the treatment-planning workflow executed by specialists, which frequently fails to deliver satisfactory outcomes and although it's essential to tweak certain elements and make adjustments, the interface and process for modifying plans strike me as confusing and lacking clarity from my point of view.

Pros thumbs-up

I find the interface pretty intuitive and I particularly appreciate the practice planners because they make organizing appointments and tasks straightforward, moreover, when I retire the plan shifts to a significantly lower fee so my records remain accessible, albeit with somewhat restricted functionality.

Cons thumbs-up

Had no reply from customer support despite repeated attempts and after requesting that my account be converted to retired status I was instead charged for six months at the full active rate, which left me both surprised and frustrated. Using their internal messaging system to follow up produced no responses and phone calls resulted only in being told the specific person who h andles this matter was unavailable and would call me back that promised return call never materialized, so I'm still waiting and at this point I'm seriously considering filing complaints with the BBB and pursuing other state and federal consumer remedies.

Pros thumbs-up

Glad Wiley Planners come built in and the cloud support is great since I work on a Mac, the interface is intuitive and I appreciate how neatly and comprehensively the treatment plans and notes are generated.

Cons thumbs-up

I've found that Medicaid in my region won't accept this software, the CCA lacks sufficient detail and I'm frustrated that the treatment plan's auto-populated date defaults to the creation day rather than a point six months to a year ahead, which I believe overall would make more practical sense.

Pros thumbs-up

What I really value is the treatment planner, which simplifies organizing care plans and lets me track progress more clearly than before.

Cons thumbs-up

I've been frustrated by the lack of customer service, since getting timely help or answers when issues arise has been inconsistent and slow.
