When we read all the online reviews of the TherapySource software, they were too positive and we became skeptical. But we went with our instincts and are so glad that we did. The software offers an intuitive interface and effective management tools. The software enhances the efficiency of our clinic.

We are a very small practice right now with at least 4 senior employees. They have struggled with getting the hang of the software on their own and we don’t have the appropriate time required to train an individual. We wish there was a training feature provided.

Some of our patients can’t come around often for their visits, especially for their payments and scheduling. So for our patients who are looking to schedule therapy appointments online, he software has made e-billing and e-prescription simple. Our clinic can easily manage the medical billing and total revenue with the help of TherapySource.

Some of our employees have reported an issue with the claims section where the screen gets stuck for a few minutes. Fortunately, this does not happen often. But when it does happen, those few minutes can cost our clinic a lot. Not to mention it is inconvenient having to wait.
