A good but complex solution

Pros:
It is a good software. Their scheduling feature is quite beneficial. It's great that users can access the system from anywhere because it is cloud-based. It makes easier for us to keep up with our patients.

Cons:
Since all the notes are organized chronologically, if we end up with a lot of them, finding the most current one will require scrolling all the way down each time. Also, I must say that they need to enhance their Practice Management functions because the code is intricate and more challenging.

So far, our experience has been good.

Pros:
I like how everything can be adjusted to the sort of exam being taken. Our technicians are more than capable of handling Uprise's basic data input and medication entry. Out of the box, it requires logged-in doctors to write prescriptions or sign any charts, but we can also alter that.

Cons:
To be honest, there aren't too many issues, but still, there are a few coding problems that are really annoying. The orders are automatically given codes, which is not what we want. We must manually remove each code one at a time because there is no "delete all" option.

So far so good, we have been using it for data entry.

Pros:
I appreciate that everything can be customized to suit the type of exam taken. The technicians we have are more than qualified to handle the simple data and medication entry in Uprise. Out of the box, it requires doctors to be logged in to prescribe medication or sign any charts but we have the ability to customize that as well.

Cons:
There are some very frustrating coding issues. It automatically inserts codes into the orders, which is quite the opposite of what we require. And since there is no "delete all" option, we end up manually removing codes one at a time. All the notes are stored chronologically, which means if we end up having a lot of them then getting to the most recent one will mean scrolling all the way down, every time.

Pros:
I like the software until now it hasn't been so long since I've been using it but I like that it allows us to customize the program.
