Pros thumbs-up

We consider VHN to be an all-in-one platform that has helped us streamline patient management workflows efficiently and because it lets us tailor features to our unique needs rather than forcing one-size-fits-all settings, it's particularly valuable to our team; on top of that, the customer support team is consistently reachable and helpful, which has a way of simplifying operations and keeping day-to-day tasks much more manageable for us.

Cons thumbs-up

At first the only real stumbling block we ran into was the fairly complicated setup process, but once the support team stepped in and guided us through the necessary steps we managed to configure everything correctly and apart from that initial hurdle we honestly have nothing more to gripe about.
