Pros thumbs-up

I find that I can delve into a lot of detail with ease. Regular note-taking feels smooth.

Cons thumbs-up

After three years of using this in our office, I can say it takes extensive training to get the hang of it, and it is quite glitchy. I have experienced crashes after entering new patient notes, forcing me to redo my work.

Pros thumbs-up

My experience with Writepad has been nothing short of disastrous. From abysmal customer support to unmet promises of functionality after a hefty investment, I strongly advise against choosing this EHR. The system is riddled with issues, including compliance concerns, and the company constantly fails to meet deadlines for crucial updates. It's an absolute nightmare to work with, and I regret ever getting involved with it.

Cons thumbs-up

In my experience, this is the worst EHR system we have ever used, and it seems no one else in the industry is familiar with it for good reason. I strongly advise seeking alternatives.

Pros thumbs-up

Several years ago, I purchased this software with its garish interface, only to struggle endlessly with getting it to print my notes. Despite reaching out to tech support, the issue remained unresolved. Their return policy, allowing only 48 hours for refunds, speaks volumes about their lack of confidence in their own product.

Cons thumbs-up

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this software at all.
