Whenever they roll out updates regularly, we frequently notice that things we found user-friendly get either removed or reworked into a slightly more complicated format which disrupts workflows that used to be efficient and simple, moreover, certain updates occasionally introduce glitches that prevent some entries from being saved properly, leading to lost time and repeated data entry. Since the most recent change to the document-opening behavior in the viewer, we now encounter many uploaded files displaying as unclear symbols instead of readable text within the viewer, although the same files look normal once we download them and as a result we are forced to download the majority of documents if we want to actually read them which makes routine tasks slower and more tough for our team.
