They offered us many useful tips on formatting and workflow which were easy to apply. The system is highly customizable and adding varying provider roles/charting requirements into a fluid charting sequence is quite simple.

The software and the company staff both are amazing. Insync is extremely easy to use once you have learned the program’s working. It is super user-friendly and the workflow is great. Their support team is always accessible and responsive. The implementation staff was a huge help as we transitioned from paper records to electronic charts. They are always very friendly and polite in answering any queries we have regarding the software.

My experience with Insync solutions has been great so far. the software is intuitive and very simple to navigate. You can move between screens and not lose any progress made like updating payments, adding patients and reviewing bills, etc. Their staff is especially a dream to work with. From customer service operators, implementations staff to tech support, they are always polite and helpful. They have specialists always available when you call for any issue resolution. The also offer zoon meetings and supplement training to cover all questions relating to their service.

Transitioning to Insync was smoother than we anticipated. The implementation team was very helpful in walking us through the whole process. The software is very easy to use. Requires little to no former tech experience. The implementation team was very efficient in setting up the system according to our requirements. I am very pleased with its overall performance.

It took us a little time to adjust the system to our residential practice because the software is originally designed to cater to outpatient services. We wanted to replace all of our outdated software, but the system does not offer advanced reporting features.

I absolutely love how everything works with Insync. We demo-ed quite a few software companies before finally opting for this one because it is the most flexible service. Because of InSync's high customization opportunity, we were able to set it up according to our practice requirements minimizing time spent on schedules. I am now able to run the whole office from A-B from the time a patient walks in the door until they leave us a year or two late. The people at in sync are always readily available to help you with any issues or queries. Their implementation team is brilliant at their jobs.

the scheduling is not as customizable as I would like, I wish they had a drag and drop feature for creating schedules, adding time frames and color coding them.
