Aurora Clinical EMR

Initiated labeled as Beacon Specialty, Aurora Clinical EMR is an Electronic Health Records (EHR) software system designed by a Health IT company, named Boston Advanced Analytics to help medical practices enhance their technological tools, data analytics, and overall performance. It caters to medium to large size hospitals and medical practices. Fundamentally speaking, medical practices require EMR software to manage patient engagement and handle healthcare effectively.

The software comprises patient’s medical histories and basic tools that help physicians with medical decisions. To get a complete overview of the software, you can request an Aurora Clinical EMR Demo.

Aurora Clinical EMR is the only EMR on the market with specific software for IVF (in vitro fertilization) and cardiomyopathy. IVF requires the proper scheduling of patients, regular monitoring, and access to crucial embryo data; in addition, IVF demands the organization of frozen embryos as well. The Aurora Clinical EMR Tutorial demonstrates how it has built-in management software for Lab related activities, such as keeping track of ovulation in patients, inventory management, reporting protocols, and the egg's progressive evolution.

Flexibility, simplicity of access, and customization are all aspects of the Aurora Clinical EMR. Customization options may be tailored to an individual's preferences, making the move to an electronic Health IT system easier. It incorporates data collected in labs, through diagnostic equipment, and pharmacies, ensuring that the practice's data gathering is safely maintained together for better analysis. A system like this can help with various task monitoring and test results that span days, months, or even years.

Cardiomyopathy is another specialty-specific by Aurora Clinical EMR. This necessitates a large amount of information on phenotype, genetics, family history, testing, and pedigrees. These must be precisely saved and arranged, which the software expertly accomplishes. Aurora's cardiomyopathy data is real-time and kept in a single location to make access simple and rapid. It also provides choices for viewing data using specific colors, charts, and graphs to keep track of patients' development.

Finally, the platform includes PM, which is utilized for practice management. In addition, billing methods are available for both IVF and Aurora Cardiomyopathy.

Customizable system but lacks good customer support

Pros:
The Aurora Clinical EMR features customization, flexibility, and ease of access, and it does it the best. The transition to an electronic Health IT system is made simpler by customization options to configure the software system as required by the clinic.

Cons:
Their customer support needs to really be more responsive. Sometimes a small issue takes too long to resolve, causing frustration. Some features still need some updates, which I'm sure will come around.
