Pros thumbs-up

Since 2003, I've been running my own solo cardiology practice and found that WRS is the most valuable EMR system for the best price. It provides customization options, easy charting, and templates that increase efficiency, helping me finish my work around 1:30pm, two hours earlier than before. Plus, the web-based system allows for easy access to patient records from anywhere in the world for me or even hospital nurses during my procedures. The e-prescribing capability also makes my job a lot easier, reducing medication errors caused by illegible handwriting. Finally, WRS certifications are trustworthy, leading to last year's Meaningful Use Incentive money, and my billing staff uses WRS Services for excellent customer service.

Pros thumbs-up

Cardiology Cloud has made my work very straightforward. The hospital nurses have access to my clinic records and the patients I have scheduled when I am performing hospital procedures. I like how optimized the software is for cardiology healthcare practices. The cardiology-specific features make it quite practical.

Cons thumbs-up

There is no voice recognition feature. The addition of this feature will make it simpler to perform multiple tasks with the software. I believe voice recognition is a must.

Pros thumbs-up

I work as the Practice Manager at the Heart & Vascular Clinic, based in Newark, Delaware, with a new office in Middletown. Our clinic faced a few issues with two separate systems being used by our two physicians, one for EMR and one for practice management. We chose WRS, without comparing with other systems, as it seemed very impressive after a few meetings. WRS was extremely useful and trained our staff well to use the system. They offered excellent customer service, addressing all our queries promptly through emails or via our representative. The WRS Cardiology EMR and Practice Management system has various templates that save our physicians' time and increase their workflow efficiency, including templates for medication notes, cardiology notes, and procedure notes. This aspect helps our staff in terms of customization also; for example, technicians can enter their information during echocardiogram, and staff can input information on patients' Coumadin checks in the way they prefer. Our patients give us positive feedback regarding the WRS Patient Portal, accessible for reporting all their information, including social/family history and medication. It's user-friendly and even has all our privacy forms. With WRS's Appointment Reminders, patients receive emails in advance, allowing them to confirm or reschedule appointments with ease, saving everyone time. Lastly, having a cloud-based EMR helps us view all past data from both clinics simultaneously, which is paramount to great patient care.
