One major drawback I run into is that anyone can remove transactions from a prior month which consistently throws our accounts receivable out of balance and because of that I end up spending a significant amount of time at each month-end tracing and correcting those deletions so the books reconcile.

One of the things I appreciate most is how specific and tidy the reports are, when you look at them from an Accounts Receivable standpoint they're very simple and user-friendly which makes it simple for our staff to identify exactly what is owed versus what a client has already paid. When I'm discussing balances with patients or clients I can quickly pull up payment histories, see write-offs and confidently address any questions they have. The open remit functionality is a game-changer because payments clear in a few hours instead of days and billing secondary insurance carriers is surprisingly simple. Claims are clean too , before anything hits the clearinghouse I can spot problems easily and invoicing is just as simple and hassle-free.

We consider it an outstanding accounting platform for medical practices and in my view it would be flawless once we resolve the payment integration so transactions flow smoothly.

When our old server crashed we suddenly needed new software and after I contacted AntWorks they had me back up and running astonishingly quickly, the onboarding was simple enough that within a very short time I felt confident using the system on my own and every time I ring support they manage to troubleshoot and resolve my issue during that same call. I genuinely love this company because they've made my workflow much easier and less stressful.

I honestly have no complaints, I haven't come across any drawbacks yet because the software is so user-friendly and provides everything I require to produce precise medical billing.

The platform is simple to navigate and interface between our practice management software and the EHR runs smoothly, the support team is very helpful and responds promptly, the come across s are laid out logically which makes chart review easier than with other EHRs and I like that the web-based design allows me to work from anywhere.
Cons
The immunization module is not user-friendly and doesn't make correcting errors easy, we've found the tabular report feature quite hard to use some information isn't always accurate at times and since the built-in templates are adult-focused we've had to do a lot of our own templating as a pediatric office.

for me the interface is simple and approachable and their IT personnel are always prompt and available to help whenever I run into questions or need assistance.

Honestly I can't point to anything that requires improvement because in my experience the software is simple to navigate and consistently user-friendly.

I find the software extremely user-friendly and the way charges are entered flows very smoothly, I appreciate being able to pause charges on hold and then release them when it's time to bill and submitting claims really is as simple as clicking a single button.
Cons
It's not so much a flaw as an enhancement I'd like to see because I would love a feature that lets month-end reports be batched together so I could trigger all providers' reports with a single click instead of having to run each one manually and click through them one by one.
Pros
I've found their customer service to be outstanding and I feel both the PM and EHR systems are simple and user-friendly, making day-to-day tasks much easier.
Cons
Although the PM and EHR are separate applications, I view this as only a minor inconvenience and nothing that significantly disrupts my workflow.
