ClinicSource Therapy EHR and PM Software

ClinicSource is a cloud-based practice management system that aids in the scheduling and documentation of patients' treatment visits. 

The scheduler in ClinicSource Therapy Practice Management includes billing and an electronic medical record, where the patient's information is stored in a database and all claims and invoices associated with the patient are shown and may be created automatically. Mental health professionals may keep track of each patient's notes and alarms, which can be connected to their medical data. This allows the patient to see their medical history in one place.  

The scheduler can also help you make appointments, which you may edit and modify using the drag-and-drop feature. To avoid a no-show, the appointment reminder feature sends an alert to the patient a day before each appointment. If it is necessary on their end, the Patient can postpone the appointment. 

It is charged on a month-to-month basis. Call and live chat support are available.

Amazing for individual private practices

Pros:
ClinicSourse saves all the data for patients that you need that to all secure and sound. From medical records to personal information this software is really nice with handling all your operations. Coupled with the billing services which are really accurate and helpful I would definitely recommend.

Cons:
I don't like clicking SAVE for everything that I update, the data should be automatically saved.

Pros:
Takes little time to learn it and once you get your hands on it it gets fairly easy.

Cons:
Some functions such as billing are easy but not smooth. You have to go back and forth between two pages for date switching.

Pros:
Basic functions are easy to use and it is affordable to purchase.

Cons:
Terrible customer support service. They never respond to your compliant, your email or your phone.

Perfect EMR for small practices

Pros:
Affordable and simple to learn - suitable for small sized practices.

Cons:
The training manuals need improvement, they increase price without any notice, and it is not intuitive. and its interface layout can be improved.

Disappointed

Pros:
They have done a great job branding and advertising the software but tall claims made under promotional campaigns fall short when one uses the solution.

Cons:
It has poor and unresponsive customer support. Everything and every feature does not work correctly and it wastes too much time.
