It may be hard to change or remove billing codes after a statement has been signed due to the application's rigidity. Adapting to a more standardized product like Medilinks after becoming used to a more personalized package in the past has proven to be a difficult task for us. Moreover, the screen displaying the billing summary is a little puzzling.
