I love how customizable Pimsy is. While other systems in the same price range might be a bit more user-friendly, they are highly cookie-cutter in nature and lack the customization options that Pimsy allows. I found that other systems with similar customization features were MUCH higher in cost. These features enable me to run unique reports and gather very specific ( and extensive) data for research efforts. I also found the amount of development time included in the startup rates very generous. My staff have no problem navigating the system after the usual learning curve. Pimsy has been a huge time-saver on both the clinical and administrative fronts.
Cons 
I feel like Pimsy is on par with competitors and gives the most value for the money. There are very few obstacles that the Pimsy team has not been able to either resolve or identify a workaround for.

This software is so easy to use! I'm not an electronics or software person and typically, if something has too many steps, I give up and ask someone for help quickly. With PIMSY, the software is very user-friendly and even I can create what we need for our agency with no frustrations and actually have fun while doing it!
Cons
The payroll system does not have all that I need. However, with that said, the PIMSY team has been tenacious, has had constant follow-up after each change and continues to work with me to be able to create the payroll form we need and our payroll company needs.

I find PIMSY easy to use, with tons of functions and the best customer support ever! The team taught us how to build our system, giving us the knowledge to reduce time when an issue arises.

I've been using PIMSY since 2015 and I honestly appreciate how much support I've received over the years. As a solo practitioner, it has taken a huge amount of administrative weight off my shoulders. I was given one-on-one help customizing the system to how I work including how I process visual information. Submitting claims, h andling payments, scheduling, documentation and secure video sessions are all built into one setup, which keeps everything connected. The automatic switch to backup video when the main provider went down once was a life saver. I also like that updates are clearly communicated. The support team st ands out in how quick and genuine they are and I've seen them actually take user suggestions seriously. Even after natural disasters affected their local area, the system never went down. The pricing feels fair for what I'm able to do inside one platform and I recommend it to anyone needing an EHR that supports compliance, billing and documentation all in one space.

I honestly don't have a complaint here. Anytime I needed something changed or needed clarification, their team responded and helped me work through it.

Their flexibility to create notes and forms is superb. Knowing I can create everything we need and if I get caught in a snag or can't figure out what's going on, the Pimsy team are always on top of it and willing to help with an amazing attitude. I could not ask for a better team.

I would like for remits to attach a PDF directly to the claim and for the line items to stay on one continuous line instead of extra lines being populated when working a claim.

This product offers good features for billing and notes. There are automatic preset notes for progress reports. It's easy to look at each client's chart/file, bringing up all notes, demographic info, billing, etc.
Cons
This product can only operate on Windows and it runs VERY slow. I always have to refresh the calendar to make any changes. The phone app is also very old and has very limited features.

This software is made suitable for mental health providers. It has flexible and personalized features that meet your clinical requirements just as you want. Customer service is highly responsive which makes the customization process effective at an affordable price!

We were looking for a capable yet budget-friendly EHR system and we got PIMSY. It was the best decision because the set-up was extremely easy and transfer of all the documents was trouble-free. Secondly their customer support provides excellent training programs to underst and this software with great capabilities.

With a variety of payment sources outside of the typical self-pay and private insurance, PIMSY has been responsive to my requests for custom reports, invoicing and processes to help align billing. It has enabled me to be more aware of and efficient with my time and recognize where I need to improve in efficiency and organizational processes. The reviewing and auditing features took us from 80% compliance to 99.8% compliance in one year! My therapists find it easy to document services and my billing coordinator loves the accuracy in reporting and client data management. The training was flexible and responsive and everyone I've worked with has been incredibly friendly. As a small not-for-profit, cost was a factor for us. We've gotten a lot of bang for our buck with this system and it was worth the investment!

There are so many features, settings and ways to customize PIMSY that sometimes the number of buttons, menus and options can be overwhelming. PIMSY customer support is accessible, helpful and quick to answer my questions, but sometimes I feel like I have to click five menus and twenty buttons before I fix a problem.
