Pros thumbs-up

I've found the design to be clean and highly customizable and because I can change font sizes, styles and colors it makes forms and screens much easier to read and considerably more visually appealing. Beyond the visual tweaks, the platform's tools let me tailor forms, workflows and the ways I communicate with clients in ways that fit my practice, so customization feels genuinely powerful rather than superficial. The step-by-step guides and short instructional videos were a big help when I was getting started and they made setup and ongoing optimization straightforward. Whenever I've had questions the Q&A resources and support team have been available during useful hours and support reps usually reply quickly and actually solve problems. New users won't struggle, since the interface is intuitive and straightforward and overall the pricing seems fair for the feature set provided. Adding extra sub-accounts under my main account also includes discounts that noticeably reduce the total cost.

Cons thumbs-up

Occasionally I find myself confused by navigation because a h andful of settings are buried inside menus or sections that aren't immediately obvious, so it can take extra clicks and time to locate what I'm looking for. Also, although I appreciate the robust font and color options, some layout areas feel a bit constrained and don't allow the level of visual customization I'd like.

Pros thumbs-up

At first I loved the amount of customization because it promised flexibility, but before long it morphed into a nightmarish tangle of interdependent processes and an inescapable web and whenever I try to tweak one thing it cascades into problems that destabilize the entire system.

Cons thumbs-up

Honestly, their customer support is beyond poor and I often feel like they try to gaslight me, which is infuriating; they have something labeled as a 'pay period income report' when in reality it doesn't reflect the income for that pay period and then they act as if I'm incompetent because the label says it's a pay period report even though it clearly isn't the correct report for that period.
