I've found integrating this with our EHR straightforward and their customer support is outst anding; the product team clearly knows integration inside and out and consistently approaches issues ready to collaborate and find solutions whenever questions come up.

Although the list of drawbacks is brief, our biggest challenge with Luma has been trying to map several highly tailored workflows into their patient messaging framework and while they consistently collaborate with us to engineer fixes for specific problems, a number of our bespoke processes simply don't translate cleanly into the product as it st ands today without significant custom engineering from our side or Luma's.

What I appreciated most about Luma Health was how intuitive the interface is and how much it helped streamline our workflow, saving a significant amount of time; the appointment reminders and the smart waitlist feature clearly reduced no-shows, the integration with our existing system proceeded smoothly and the support team has consistently been both responsive and genuinely helpful.

Occasionally the platform feels a bit sluggish during peak usage times and it did take my team a while to get comfortable with all of the features and workflows; nonetheless, once we're familiar with how everything works, it becomes a really useful tool overall.

One thing I appreciate is that I can add details without picking up the phone to call patients and I can message them directly if I need to coordinate their next treatment.

Response times from customer service are slower than I'd like and although they did resolve the problem once they contacted me, having a live chat option would have made things far more convenient.
