Setting up was incredibly difficult and stressful. The staff provided little assistance, lacking training or educational skills. The remote training promised at purchase turned out to be only recorded videos, which was disappointing. Additionally, all the support staff had accents that were challenging to understand.

I was excited about this product, believing it had most of the features I needed for success in the Home Health Care realm. Although it was cheaper at first, it ended up being much more expensive.

They could not demonstrate how billing would be processed, and scheduling seemed complex. Making forms required additional charges or waiting up to seven months for specialty forms.

I find the compliance and functionality to be excellent. The concept of "widgets" is really appealing, and the scheduling functionality works seamlessly.

Onboarding and setup were very challenging, especially considering our timing just before PDGM implementation when no assistance was available. It took over a year to get the setup correct, with minimal support during the process.
