Pros thumbs-up

I rely on VersaSuite because it consolidates everything, hospital, clinic and administrative functions, onto a single platform, which eliminates the need for expensive and unreliable interface solutions; in my experience their customer support is exceptional and they provide far more training than any other supplier I've used, plus it's economical since they don't keep trying to upsell additional services or products, as most of what's needed is already bundled.

Cons thumbs-up

From my experience, because the system is so comprehensive and comes with a wide array of templates, the rollout process can take quite a long time; however, I do appreciate that the outcome is tailored precisely to our needs and that their staff stays involved to guide us through each step.
